Jessica Alba isn’t letting a little thing like pregnancy get in the way of having some fun in the sun. The Fantastic Four actress looked downright, well, fantastic when she was spotted sporting a bikini in Mexico on Wednesday while enjoying a belated birthday getaway with her daughterHonor and a few close friends, including pal Jaime King. "So grateful to celebrate the birthday of my friend & sister @jessica alba could she be ANY MORE BEAUTIFUL!" King tweeted on Tuesday. Horrible Bosses Trailer: Jennifer Aniston's Awful but Looks Great in Her Underwear

Jason Sudeikis may have reservations about killing someone as hot as Jennifer Aniston, but Charlie Day doesn’t. "I’m in, let’s kill this bitch!" the meek dental hygienist exclaims after being sexually harassed one too many times by the dentist he works for, played by Aniston—who’s sporting thick bangs and, in one lingering scene, black lace lingerie for the occasion—in the comedy Horrible Bosses. Apparently taking workers’ comp or quitting would be out of the question. MORE: Inside Jennifer Aniston’s New $5.9 Million Apartment So that’s how Day gets on board with a scheme hatched with his similarly beleaguered buddies, played by Sudeikis and Jason Bateman, who are also punching the clock for some A-one a-holes. A smarmy Kevin Spacey, imported straight from Swimming With Sharks (and most of his other movies), is the drain on Bateman, while Colin Farrell and his scene-stealing comb-over are keeping Sudeikis up at nights. Shenanigans ensue and, while we have high hopes considering the awesome cast, it’s unclear how Horrible Bosses, with its funny yet disturbing premise, is going to keep the laughs lighthearted without veering into worse-than-bad-taste territory. Lindsay Lohan Talks Necklace Caper: "Glad to Be Able to Put This Past Me"

It’s easy to like a court ruling that ends with you likely avoiding jail. Just ask Lindsay Lohan. Hours after her necklace-jacking case was resolved today when her lawyer entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor theft on her behalf, the starlet has released a statement approving Judge Stephanie Sautner’s decision to let Lohan’s current 120-day jail sentence stand and not tack on any additional punishment. "I am glad to be able to put this past me and move on with my life and my career. I support the judge’s decision and hold myself accountable for being in this situation," Lohan says. Sheriff’s Department—not the court—when it comes to the specifics of her detention, she will most likely wind up serving about two weeks of house arrest due to jail overcrowding. Whatever it ends up being, Lindsay’s accepting her fate head on. "I have already started my community service at the Downtown Women’s Center and thank everyone there for their warm welcome," she adds. "I hope to be able to fulfill my obligation without any press attention. I think the media spotlight should be on issues such as homelessness and domestic violence instead of on me."
